What follows is a letter written by the Rav on 19 Menachem Av 5769 endorsing the use of “Outliner” trimmers. While the “Epilady” – “under the guidance of the Bais Din Zedek Chanichei Yeshivos” – is no longer available, comparable Outliner trimmers can be purchased in stores and online.
