The multi-lingual Rabbi Amos Benjamin has been certifying kosher products in China since 1997. As the administrator of STAR-K’s Asia Pacific office, Rabbi Benjamin acts as a Kashrus Coordinator, arranges the inspections of factories, and represents STAR-K at trade shows throughout the Asia Pacific.
