BSH Home Appliances has recently discovered a glitch in the\nThermador Professional Series Double Wall Ovens. The Sabbath mode operation is\nworking properly, but the temperature adjustment allowance during Sabbath mode\nis not working once Sabbath is activated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This issue can be fixed through\na software update and BSH has already initiated actions to implement the fix\nwithin the factory, as well as an \u201cover-the-air\u201d update. Units in the field\nmust be connected to the Home Connect App to receive the notification for the\nsoftware update. To complete the operation, customers must accept the software\nupdate either on the App or on the appliance display. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In instances where the\nappliances are not connected, customers can contact our Customer Service via\nemail at ThermadorCare@bshg.com<\/a> or\nvia phone at 1-800-735-4328<\/strong> for\nfurther instructions and support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
