Pensak<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n<p>STAR-K\u2019s successful interactive chicken webinar, held in November, attracted \u00a0over 325 registrants from across the US, Canada, Israel, and Australia, including over 150 <em>rabbonim<\/em> and <em>rabbonim machshirim<\/em>. Utilizing pictures, audio, chat and videos, STAR-K\u2019s Rabbinic Administrator, Rabbi Moshe Heinemann, <em>shlit\u201da<\/em>, taught both consumers and <em>rabbonim<\/em>\u00a0 how to differentiate between a chicken\u2019s perfectly normal imperfection \u00a0resulting from processing, and an imperfection that presents a true <em>shayla<\/em> in need of being addressed by your <em>Rav<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>The chicken webinar is a part of STAR-K\u2019s ongoing, unique <em>halacha<\/em> webinar series, which includes an <em>Eruvinar<\/em> and <em>Mikvanar<\/em>.\u00a0 \u00a0It featured a video of a slaughterhouse tour which highlighted how post-schechting problems evolve due to handling. \u00a0To learn more about the status of chickens that have broken legs, broken wings,
