As Daf Yomi shiurim worldwide begin Maseches Chullin, STAR-K KOSHER and KolRom have teamed up to present "The Meat We Eat," a series of educational videos that bring the sugyos of Shechita, Treifos, Dam, Cheilev and Gid Hanasheh alive – with clear explanations, video footage from real life shechita facilities and the expertise of STAR-K rabbonim, guided by HaRav Moshe Heinemann shlit"a, a leading expert in shechita for over 50 years. Hosted by STAR-K Kashrus Administrator Rabbi Zvi Holland, and produced by R' Chananya Kramer – himself a Daf Yomi magid shiur, “The Meat We Eat” videos will give lomdei hadaf the ability to better understand complex concepts and practical halacha with visual clarity.
